Noisey Premieres New Gucci Mane Mixtape feat. 2 Chainz, Lil B, Chief Keef and more

NEW YORK, NY (February 18, 2015) – Noisey, VICE’s music channel, is proud to exclusively present Gucci Mane’s new, free EP, Views From Zone 6. Debuted earlier this morning, the release is a monstrous statement from the famed Atlanta rapper. A play on Drake’s upcoming album, Views From The 6, the EP finds Gucci collaborating with a prototypically diverse selection of hip-hop’s best and brightest. Yes, that’s Lil B who’s trading bars with Gucci over a Mike Will beat. Yes, the EP actually features Chief Keef and Andy Milonakis on the same damn track. Yes, that is indeed Young Thug at his weirdest and Lil Reese and Fredo Santana at their meanest. The EP’s full tracklist is below.

Noisey Atlanta Ep 6: 2 Chainz Up Close & Personal

NEW YORK, NY (February 17, 2015) – Noisey, VICE’s music channel, today presents Part Six of Noisey Atlanta, an all-access pass into the complex and thriving Atlanta rap scene. In Episode Six of Noisey Atlanta, Thomas enters the world of 2 Chainz, one of the biggest rappers alive. Known for a bizarrely brilliant blend of goofiness and arrogance, the artist formerly known as Tity Boi shows us his man-cave before heading to the club for a show and then an after-party.

And for the record, only 2 Chainz rides in the Maybach.

From the makers of Noisey Chiraq, the new series is the most in-depth examination into the music, trap houses, neighborhoods, and personalities that built one of America’s most influential music scenes. Hosted by Thomas Morton (, VICE on HBO, Noisey) and directed by Andy Capper (Reincarnated, Noisey Chiraq), the series stars highly influential artists 2 Chainz, Gucci Mane, Migos, Rich Homie Quan, Young Thug, Jeezy, upcoming stars like Grammy-nominated iLoveMakonnen, and spends time with the new wave of super-producers including Mike Will Made-It (Miley Cyrus), Metro Boomin, and 808 Mafia.

Check out Parts One through Six here, and stay tuned for Parts Seven-Ten which will roll out weekly exclusively on Noisey.

VICE started Noisey back in 2011, criss-crossing the globe documenting the year in music from heavy-hitters to tiny garage bands who usually play for their girlfriends and moms. Since then, it has grown into one of the most unique and successful video-driven music sites on the planet. In 2012, Noisey teamed with YouTube as a premium content provider, and built out a series of shows that take a completely fresh take on the world of music. As an editorial resource, reaches millions of people a month, and has become a go-to source for weird music news, artist-sourced content, and VICE’s signature offbeat coverage. Noisey throws parties and shows worldwide, hosts innovative online listening parties for new records, and produces videos for the best artists in the world, like MIA, Die Antwoord, A$AP Rocky, and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. Noisey is more than just a music site—music is the lens with which we explore youth culture all over the world.
