Sabrina unleashes her genie in a bottle

Following some great responses from her s contemporary reworking
of Gotta Get Thru This by Daniel Bedingfield, the most exciting new singer
from the UK’s South Coast is back with another jaw dropping cover version!

“Genie In A Bottle was such a classic song from such a powerful vocalist… The chorus was so catchy I couldn’t help but sing along to it.”

The 18 year old starlet links up with her regular producer and music mentor, Brighton based Ricardo Hinds for this sensual re-working of the 1999 pop classic. Hinds provides a contemporary shake up of the Christina Aguilera track which allows Ms Gunston to exhibit her soulful delivery.

The production is very much a dreamy affair, which opens with birds chirping and develops into a music journey, which encompases a range of styles from soulful pop, to funk and R&B.

Sabrina is undoubtedly a promising songstress who shows her potential on this cover and leaves the listener with a sweet escape into her siren-like voice…

“It’s a song that brings back memories of my childhood – positive memories so I have a close connection to the song itself. A lot of the songs I choose or will choose to do covers of have made a mark in my life”

Woody van Eyden – ‘Rave Juice’

He’s a man with a production history that stretches back nearly as far as VANDIT’s own considerable label timeline!

With more production aliases than Sean Combs, a greater collaboration thirst than Christina Aguilera and more energy than a nuclear reactor, his tracks have rocked at least as many floors than you’ve had hot dinners!

Most recently he’s shared ‘A Night Outside’ with Alex M.O.R.P.H. and, alongside fellow VANDIT Bandit (!) Maarten de Jong, yelled: ‘It’s A Shark!’ Fittingly enough, Woody’s juice to produce culminates this year… with ‘Rave Juice’!

Hot from the desk of that one man force-of-nature, Woody van Eyden pops another ballistic floor trip into the CDJs.

‘Rave Juice’ strikes a perfect sonic balance between supremely tough speaker testing electro grind and deliriously uplifting synths. Woody plays those elements brilliantly off against melodic harmonies and ‘Rave Juice’s truckin’ beats and unstoppable bass.

It’s really all in the title. Rave. Juice. Let your floor want no more!
