Dada Life to release their first ever mixed compilation and the inaugural edition of Musical Freedom’s self-titled mixed compilation series

Dada Life has experienced a meteoric rise to fame that shows no signs of slowing down. Sparked by the duo’s appropriately titled single, “Unleash The F**cking Dada”, released on Tiësto’s Musical Freedom label in 2010, Dada Life have become the biggest 1-2 punch in dance music. Armed with a rabid fan base, world class productions and an ample supply of bananas and champagne, Dada Life is poised to own 2012 in full.

“Dada Life’s Musical Freedom” is both the duo’s first ever mixed compilation and the inaugural edition of Musical Freedom’s self-titled mixed compilation series. Dada Life signs to Island Records for the release of “Kick Out The Epic Motherf**ker (Vocal Mix)

There are a lot of tracks out there that make a crowd go crazy but only one that makes them go absolutely ape-sh!t bananas. Of course, we’re talking about Dada Life’s massive hit “Kick Out The Epic Motherf**ker” – a smash that topped the Beatport Charts for over a month. Well…it’s back with a brand new vocal version out now on Island Records. Go Nuts all over again.

Dada Life’s live show is legendary – packed with their own original tracks and remixes and accompanied by banana balloon drops, champagne bombs and fans that arrive in costume ready for anything goes. After a successful winter tour Dada Life are back in the States and caused a near riot outside the Parish at SXSW on March 12 when 4,000 fans showed up to the 450 capacity venue causing The Army National Guard to be called in. The craze continues throughout the spring with a lengthy tour featuring dates at the Ultra Music Festival in Miami on March 23 and Coachella in Indio, California on April 15th and 22nd, among others.

Since bursting onto the scene in 2006, Dada Life (aka Olle Corneer and Stefan Engblom) have dominated the dance genre with releases including “White Noise/ Red Meat,” “Unleash The F***ing Dada,” “Just Bleep Me (Satisfaction),” “Fight Club is Closed (It’s Time For Rock ‘n Roll),” “Happy Violence,” and of course, “Kick Out The Epic Motherf**ker.”

Dada Life’s has a cache of 40 remixes under their belt including their spin on Kaskade (“Dynasty), Martin Solveig featuring Dragonette (“Hello”), Lady Gaga (“Born This Way”), Afrojack & R3hab (“Prutataaa”) and Duck Sauce (“Big Bad Wolf”), among others. As software engineers, Dada Life is responsible for creating their own plugin, “The Sausage Fattener,” which is used by some of the biggest names in dance music

Dada Life – Rolling Stone T-Shirt (Cazzette Approaching Starry Homes’ Mix)

Dynamic duo Cazzette are undoubtedly one of the most exciting, new, and flourishing acts to to come out of Sweden at the moment. Their rock-infused, dubstep-electro blend of house is undeniably infectious. Their penchant for half-step, the prolonging of a section of notes while simultaneously taking out a set of kick, snares (effectively slowing the song down in half), is insatiable. The division in BPM from 128 to 64 is a beautiful, natural digression, found in literally EVERY Cazzette song. Their remix to fellow swedes Dada Life‘s track “Rolling Stone T-Shirt” is initially reminiscent of their take on “Sweet Dreams”, until slapping you in the face with an explosive, pounding drop. The song breaks down into the hilarious, Flight of the Conchords-esque vocal, only to drop into that oh-so-sexy half-step. Cazzette are finally beginning to receive the attention they deserve.
