Party Thieves announces free, intimate tour of 300 person cap venues

After selling out the iconic Belasco Theatre in LA last month, Party Thieves is hitting the road on his Max Capacity Tour. The globe-trotting DJ’s first headlining run of 2017 takes on a unique spin to the average tour – four-stops, 300 person capacity venues and all free admission.

The tour will start in February in New Orleans, then stop through Miami and an unannounced city before capping off in Fresno, California. With a limited amount of shows and tickets, Party Thieves aims to create intimate environments of his most dedicated fans who are there to revel in the music. Every member of producer’s loyal #TheftArmy will be amongst other die-hards in sweaty, jam-packed spaces, perfect for bass-fueled nights filled with slashing synths and dirty trap beats. Unlike big stadium shows that are played to make money, Party Thieves has chosen to put his fans and their experiences first.

“I’ve had the urge to meet and just genuinely party with my most loyal fans – no tickets, no complicated promoter contracts, just free shows and intimate memories that these fans will be able to share forever,” Party Thieves explained. “I’m basically throwing a meet&greet tour to give back to this community. A lot of artists are caught up in making money, but I’m just caught up in having fun with the people who support me.”

Stay tuned for venue announcements and join Party Thieves for his four fan-first performances next month.

MAX CAPACITY TOUR DATES

Tale Of Us welcome Vaal to provide Afterlife Voyage 002

With episode one from brand curators Tale Of Us encapsulating their hugely successful Afterlife events and record label, the second offering in the exploratory concept’s mix series sees Vaal embark on an intrepid ‘Voyage’ of her own – which is now available to listen via Soundcloud.

Having already appeared on the Afterlife imprint for a soulful and lamenting three-track EP named ‘Wander to Hell’ last October, Vaal’s offering for Voyage 002 keeps with the possessive spirit of Afterlife and traverses techno where others retreat. In this fittingly free-feeling 100-minute mix, Vaal conjures up the emotions that saturate her minimal style; “equally human, equally electronic” – an incredibly organic fit for the Afterlife brand.

A regular guest of Afterlife as it tours – recent dates include a UK debut and showcases in Miami for Art Basel as well as Mexico – Vaal earmarks herself as a rising talent in 2017 and one that is certainly not afraid to experiment.
