Nina Las Vegas Releases Final Track In Free NLV Records Sampler | Download Strict Face – Rouge Park

Becoming the #girlboss of NLV Records, hopping over to the States for shows and jumping in at Rinse as well as Radio 1 XTRA it suffices to say Nina Las Vegas has been extremely busy in the last month. As her sell-out tour across Europe comes to an end, where she played alongside the likes of American superstar, Baauer and Glaswegian producer, Rustie, Nina has got yet more for us as today she announces another track for us – for free! This time from Adelaide’s finest grime producer, Strict Face, ‘Rogue Park’ is the 5th and final track on her NLV Sampler.

A refreshing new artist from Adelaide, Strict Face is one to keep an eye on. Combining aspects from the UK garage scene, synth-pop and R&B, Strict Face has found a unique sound that is taking Australia by storm and, having recently done a mix for Nina Las Vegas’ Rinse FM takeover, it seems like he’s taking the UK by storm as well. His new track, ‘Rogue Park’, is an exciting new addition to the NLV Sampler. Seamlessly incorporating heavy grime bass lines with a more relaxed R&B beat, ‘Rogue Park’ is like nothing you have heard before. The track features an intense pulsating sub-bass, accompanied perfectly by a transcendent wiry synth that plays a catchy riff guaranteed to stick in your head. These components, in conjunction with the ethereal-like affected chimes, which can be heard echoing throughout the track, have all contributed to a sound that can only be described as out of this world. A perfect example of genre defying underground music, ‘Rogue Park’ is ideal for any setting, from unwinding at home, to the much-needed rest in heavy grime sets.

On the last legs of her European tour, Nina Las Vegas is sure to play absolutely show-stopping sets to finish what has been a sterling run. Her eclectic taste in music, alongside her fantastic ear for finding hits, guaranteed to get any crowd onto the dance floor, promises exciting sets every time the Australian DJ plays. With her penultimate performance in Antwerp for FADED Weekender on 20th November, and closing the tour in Oslo at the notorious Blå nightclub on 21st, these are dates not to be missed.

Nina’s NLV Sampler, released on her new label NLV Records, which boasts releases from Lewis Cancut, Air Max ’97, Swick, Strict Face and Nina Las Vegas herself, is the perfect showcase of her extensive passion and knowledge of underground dance music. As an established tastemaker and a tremendous aide in the breakthrough of many global artists careers, it is apparent that artists on Nina’s new label, will only go up. NLV Records is the indie label to watch. Check them all out here.
