Springing from Norway’s underground neighborhoods, DI.CAPPA crafts maximum crowd impact music and this is what he achieves again with his latest EP. ‘Violent Delights’ is itself a techno banger with aerial, trippy vocal drones and a compelling loop inspired by the techno sound from Berghain.

DI.CAPPA’s ‘Violent Delights’ track is complemented by two remixes included on the EP. ANTS announce stage takeover at London’s South West Four festival, with Eric Prydz, Solomun, Groove Armada, Andrea Oliva, Cristoph and more confirmed

One of the UK’s finest exports, Groove Armada have been one of the most recognizable collectives in dance music in the past decade! Responsible for many dance floor classics, the duo have managed to lead a pack of very established peers and have been in the heart of the global dance scene. Easter Thursday saw them headline the O2 Academy Brixton as ANTS hosted their biggest ever international club show and they’ll be back on the common to perform at SW4 for the first time in many years!

Cristoph is destined for greatness and there is no doubt about that. When Eric Prydz decides to take you on his USA tour as the main support, you know you’re doing something right! Cristoph belongs to a breed of producers where everything they touch turns to gold with the Newcastle-born Cristoph at the forefront of delivering some of the highest quality dance music in the last 12 months and we cannot wait for him to make his SW4 debut on 26th August!

An absolutely colossal producer, Eric Prdyz’ influence on the dance music scene will probably never be repeated. Respected by his peers, loved by millions of fans, the swede has become an icon to many worldwide. From masterpieces like ‘OPUS’ to sell out arena shows, everything he touches turns to gold. The last twelve months have seen him sell out the mammoth 10,000 capacity Steelyard in record time, tour around the world & work on his hugely anticipated PRYDA 2017 album. With brand new material set to come out, we can’t wait to welcome back the undisputed master of the turntables back to his hunting ground!

Most DJs would be ecstatic with one residency at the clubbing mecca that is Ibiza but not Solomun. The Swiss-born artist was one of the most featured DJS in the Ibiza calendar by holding three high profile residencies at the islands leading venues that included Pacha, Ushuaia & Destino. Solomun isn’t only the busiest artist on the white isle, he is one of the most active artists on the planet a touring schedule constantly that sees him play to sell out crowds from London to New York to Sao Paolo to Amsterdam. The last few years has witnessed him cement himself in the higher echelon of the dance music elite and he is there to stay. SW4 2015 saw him go back-to-back with AME resulted in the festival’s most talked about booking and his return in 2017 will spark similar conversations. Are you ready? We sure are…

2010 was the year Andhim descended upon the dance music scene and since then it has never been the same! The Cologne native’s meteoric ascension to prominence over the ensuing twelve months was unexpected, but not undeserving. Pioneers of their own genre “Super House” which is the physical embodiment of raw soul and pure passion, it soon became apparent that the duo were here to stay. The last eighteen months have seen the pair headline their own shows and play at the most prolific parties in the globe with the fierce ANTS Ibiza taking them under their wing for a series of dates at Ushuaia. The summer of 2017 will mark their debut and SW4 and you can be sure that they will bring the heat!

As a DJ, the summer of 2016 was arguably Andrea Oliva’s busiest yet; he became one of seven all-night guests to regularly take over the Space Terrace for Elrow, made his Music On debut and played some of Europe’s biggest dance music festivals – all whilst maintaining his famed ANTS headliner commitments. His skill for crafting stand out sets attracted the attention of Pete Tong, who helped Andrea to make his Essential Mix debut with a set recorded live from Ushuaia. This August Bank Holiday Saturday will see Andrea make his debut at South West Four and he is sure to bring the fire!

Maya Jane Coles & Heidi are the two leading ladies of dance music. Maya Jane Cole has been in the forefront of underground house and techno for nearly a decade now with her deep and mesmerizing sound hypnotizing audiences wherever she goes. Heidi on the other hand has had one of her most successful years with notably a fantastic 12-week XOYO residency in the heart of London which saw the American artist curate a series of nights inviting some of her favourite DJS to play alongside here. Set to be one of the most exciting back to back’s this summer, we can’t wait to welcome two queen’s of electronic music

Voted no. 13 on this year’s Resident Advisor poll, Patrick Topping has had a phenomenal year championing his tech-house sound. Fast becoming one of the key players in that scene, Patrick has been touring relentlessly and become a regular at one of the most popular parties in the world, Elrow! The 27-year old is on a roll and won’t be stopping until he reaches the very top and we are delighted to have him on board again as he’s sure to tear the roof off come Bank Holiday Saturday!

Sasha is widely considered to be one of the most recognized and influential electronic music artists of modern time. The last two decades have seen him establish himself as an innovator and true craftsmen in his field. His shows at Fabric in London have gone down in history and he has amassed one of the most loyal fan bases amongst his peers. 2014 witnessed him host his very own stage at SW4 with his Last Night on Earth brand selling out the prestigious 02 Academy Brixton at a high profile NYE show. Now put him alongside another master in Joris Voorn, we have a truly incredible performance on our hands. Dutch-born Joris’ smooth and infectious style has made him hot property in dance music and his progress seems no slowing down. From stand-out plays at Village Underground & De School in the last few months, the key player is making the right moves to reach the top of his game.

ICK – Summer Illusion

Just right before the summer the head honcho of Ausara decide to release his new single ‘Summer Illusion’ which was made to make you feel, make you dream for this special period of year ! This release coming also with one outstanding remix from well known young techno artist from Spain Lewis Delay! We hope you will enjoy this release and for little while we’ll teleport you in different place !

Jango Music’s Deep side unleash ‘Safe Me From Darkness’ from Italian house heroes Simioli and Benny Camaro

Safe Me From Darkness’ is undoubtedly set for the top. Both Simioli and Camaro have huge fan bases in their home county of Italy and have both been in the Top 10 best Italian DJs for numerous times. Simioli specifically has had huge success this past couple years, especially under his pseudonym The Black Project, where his tracks have reached the top of the Beatport charts every time one has come out! Likewise, Camaro has had massive success having teamed up with fellow Italian DJ, Napolitano, to push his music into the furthest corners of the world, whilst hitting nearly every industry magazine and stream at the same time.

‘Safe Me From Darkness’ is a work of the upmost quality and demonstrates the pairs worldwide status and well-travelled ears. This tune incorporates a hi-hat centered bassline, with light synth overtones. The female vocals also add a sense of flair to an already banging Deep House anthem.

‘Safe Me From Darkness’ is out now via Jango Deep so make sure you grab your copy quickly!

Benji Lewis – ‘For You’ [with over 1.9m plays on recent single ‘Drift, Benji Lewis gives us the next taste of his upcoming ep]

Having recently clocked over one million Spotify plays for his previous track ‘Drift’, Benji Lewis is back with a brand new pearler of a tune.

‘For You’ sees the fruits of yet another solid writing collaboration with good friend Golden Vessel on only day two of their studio time together.

“Max had given me some chords before the session to see what I came up with, and I came in with some lyric and melody ideas. I found that we worked really well together. Both being really creative, everything flowed and happened naturally and quickly without any fuss,” Lewis said.

This tune comes right from the heart recounting a love most recently found on his trip to Los Angeles. Their connection was so much more than just the physical and their budding romance is the source of inspiration for this time-less love song.

“What came through in this song and the lyrics are all the feelings and thoughts I have about the situation; all that comes with wanting to be with someone who is somewhere else – in my case, another country. But it’s a song about how intense and right a love and feelings like this can be, knowing that long distance can be hard but that you can’t pretend it’s not there.”

“It’s written from a very hopeful place, wishing for the best to come of two people being in different places, but wanting to express to the other person how real your feelings are, and how much you want it to work between you and them.”

The opening piano chords are reminiscent of Counting Crows’ song ‘Colorblind’, but develop into fluid-like synth productions. Given the intense subject matter, there’s no wonder you can feel the tender angst in Lewis’s vocals. One might even say this track is the perfect addition to The OC soundtrack.

After what has been a huge moment in Benji Lewis’s career, it’s time to see what this track can do. ‘For You’ is now available on Spotify & iTunes / Apple Music right alongside ‘Drift’, and stay tuned over the coming months for the release of his ‘Home For Now EP’.

Platunoff and Blufeld make Bonzai Progressive return with ‘Trua’

After the success of their first collaboration ‘Tiefe Gedanken’ back in May 2015, Platunoff and Blufeld get together once more on the superb ’Trua’ which comes backed up with two quality mixes from Crocy and Kush.

The Original Mix sets us on a wonderfully lush progressive journey right from the off as chunky kicks and cool shuffling hats get the rhythm flowing. Scathing synths and FX sweep across the sound creating a rich cosmic vibe. We are teased by the lead synth as it makes fleeting appearances alongside rising arpeggios. On the break we get that lead synth in all its glory with its striking resonance and melodic elements. All through the track a deep bubbling bassline keeps the groove firmly rooted making this a definite must have.

The ever impressive Crocy notches up yet another one of his stunning remixes for our aural pleasure and, as expected, he does not disappoint in the least. The remix intros with a nice pounding kick drum and crispy hi hats as slapped drums create sporadic rhythmic patterns. A wonderfully warm and lush bassline washes over the sound as synths begin to fade in. On the break the track delivers a beautifully textured landscape with broken beats and subtle melodies before we return to full on mode for the duration. A brilliant slice of Progressive House that is not to be missed.

Kush returns with his special brand of progressive vibes to deliver a solid remix that will definitely grab a lot of attention. This one goes deep into the progressive abyss with an array of sub level basses and slicing rhythmic percussions. Thumping kick drums lead the way as those sharp hi hats cut through the low frequencies. The bassline is outstanding here, it lurks menacingly on the bottom end giving the bassbins a bit of work to do while in the mid range we find a mesmeric pad and hypnotic synths. The break is a surreal moment of bliss made up of fantastic striking synths which keeps the deepness of the groove intact before that bassline raises its head once more – a monster of a tune that will not disappoint.
