Starkillers & Dmitry KO ‘Sriracha’

Catapulting themselves into 2015 with a series of massive releases, Steve Angello’s Size Records’ next track promises even more of the same. Making their Size debut, Starkillers & Dmitry KO’s track ’Sriracha’ is released through the label today.

Named after a type of fiery hot sauce, ‘Sriracha’ is a perfectly crafted scorcher of a track. With an aggressive vocal and a dark, bass fuelled beat, ’Sriracha’ crosses over from an explosive daytime festival tune to a slick, underground dance floor anthem.

Starkillers, aka Nick Terranova has secured a name for himself in the global house music scene, since his inception in 2004, with his hard-hitting, fierce and energetic sound.
No stranger to major releases, Starkillers has released tracks on prestigious labels such as Spinnin’, Ultra, Dim Mak as well as his Size Records debut, ‘Sriracha’.

Dmitry KO has been setting fire to the dance floor ever since emerging in 2009. His debut ‘I Want You Back’ grabbed the attention from some major players in the dance music world, ultimately leading to his follow up and first collaboration with Starkillers on ‘Big Disco’.
Gaining support from artists such as Tiesto, David Guetta, Chuckie, Knife Party and more, the future is bright for this young producer.

Latest release on Starkillers’ label, Brawla Records…

And Just like that, Two more young producers join Brawla. Beatone and Tight Lexor have peaked the interest of label boss Starkillers. Their tune “Olympus” is a tech driven progressive tune laced with high stabs and a nasty synth bass lead that keeps you grinding your teeth. Starkillers takes the tune even higher by adding just a little of his signature tune tweak in the edit. It’s safe to say that Brawla is starting to excite even the toughest of critics…

About Brawla

Sticking to his word, Nick launched “Brawla Records” in early 2014. The label is a labor of love, his very own army of fans. Brawla is Starkillers fight against the music industry and its ever changing scene.

“Brawla is for me and it’s for you, it’s for every person who has fought for an opinion, or a right. Brawla really represents my life and the constant fight I have endured to stay relevant in the ever changing music industry. I want to fight, I want to Brawl. I’m not another DJ launching a label just because that’s what is expected now. I’m launching Brawla because I can’t expect anyone else in this world to fight for me as hard as I can for myself. If I help a few artists start their fights as well, then all the bigger the Brawla Club becomes.”

He goes on,
“None of that matters to me right now if we live in the past, we cannot enjoy the present or plan for the future…people who know my music will appreciate knowing that my relevancy today is because of them exploring my music yesterday and hopefully as my refocused passion evolves, they will come along for the ride, I promise, it’s gonna be fun.”

Dmitry KO & Starkillers ‘Where U At’ is landing on 29th September

It is very apparent that Starkillers is taking things to a new level of blasting music…yes, I said music, into our ears. A slightly unexpected sound coming from this collaboration with Dimitry KO but welcomed and exciting to say the least. At a time when big drop EDM is all starting to sound the same, “Where U At” simply doesn’t follow the formula. A massive anthem with a festival vibe, the production is tight and served up pumpin. This tune is a mover.
