A master of not only one trade but two, New York based producer David Berrie has been taking the production world by storm. Well known for his progressive alter ego dBerrie, David has also begun to turn heads with his tech house productions. His most recent release is a four track EP called ‘Blue Parrot’. Featured on the notable Monique Speciale, it has begun to gain support from some of tech’s most renowned such as ViVa Music’s Steve Lawler. Featuring 3 solo tracks and also a track collaboration with Craig Pettigrew, this EP is a pack of bombs. David has managed to consistently stay true to his own tech sound, which includes powerful rhythmic basslines and top notch percussion work. With 3 of the 4 tracks currently charting on the Beatport Tech House Top 100 it is more than apparent there is much to look forward to from the young David Berrie.
Maor Levi – Won’t Say No
Following his recent remix of Anjunabeats classic “Alba” by Super8, our trusted Maor Levi returns with a solo single that combines two contrasting sounds.
Elegant piano vibes and deep grooves come together on “Won’t Say No”, a hypnotic deep trancer with an ethereal, sweeping breakdown that gives way to a surge of tech rhythms on the drop.
A fan’s favourite from its appearance on Above & Beyond’s TATW a few years back, the quirky “Life Inside A Cube” finally gets a release; a blend of Balearic progressive and tech flavours.
Fedde Le Grand, Deniz Koyu & Johan Wedel – Turn It (Original Mix)
Three big names bring their skills together in order to form “Turn It.” As you listen to this tune you can see the variety of different genres that are blended together in this production: tech, minimal, and progressive elements are all evident throughout the entirety of the track. The nice part about “Turn It” is that it’s a song that you can relax to and rage to at the same time. Expect this to be played in Miami a ton.
AVICII – LEVELS (HARVARD BASS BOOTLEG)
Our favorite ghetto-tech chicano Harvard Bass has given in to the Levels craze and created a special almost dub version of the original Aveech tune. For those who play respectful sets and don’t wanna seem like your playing the cheese, Harvie Bass has the version for you. And for FREE? TECH YES.

Matthew Burton & Kate Rathod – Flip Reverse Girl
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cePPdDYyLjY
Slipping easily into the opening or late night hours, Matthew Burton & Kate Rathod‘s “Flip Reverse Girl” is more casually weird swing from the Visionquest imprint. Producing together a mere three years, Matthew and Kate have already mixed a celebrated Resident Advisor podcast and released other deep tech tracks on Organic Art, Leftroom, and Retrofit with plenty more expected in the near future.
Redshape – The Land
Redshape’s deliciously dark dancefloor opus “The Land” (just released on Martyn’s 3024 imprint) is hardly the kind of low-slung tech-house track that most would pair with a Belgian animation from the ’60s. Fortunately for us, though, Redshape is rarely one to disappoint, and this lush clip—assembled by filmmakers the29nov, who’ve made videos for Deepchord, Ben Sims, and Harmonic 313in the past—is no exception.
Daniel Steinberg – Joy & Happiness
Continuing their non-stop onslaught of top tier tech-funk tracks, Berlin based Arms & Legs drops Daniel Steinberg‘s latest and greatest Joy & Happiness. From his solo EP of the same name, Joy & Happiness is swingin’ maximized minimal in that unorthodox and bouncy Steinberg style that the “klub kinder” go bonkers for.
Ferry Corsten ft. Ben Hague – Ain’t No Stoppin’ (Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano Remix)
“Ain’t No Stoppin” breaks uncharted territory for Sunnery James and Ryan Marciano due to the fact that these tech oriented studs are diving head first into a powerful progressive remix.
