The Winter Social announces 2017 line-up with Seth Troxler, Sven Väth, Hot Since 82, Nic Fanciulli and more

Returning to Maidstone next March 11th, The Winter Social has announced the first wave of names for its third edition.

Revealing another heavy-duty line-up that sees festival regular Seth Troxler join Sven Väth, Steve Lawler and festival founder Nic Fanciulli, The Winter Social maintains the same party ethos as its summer counterpart – The Social – offering high quality sound with back to back house and techno in an impressive warehouse setting.

With Hot Since 82 confirmed to return for the latest installment, the fine-tuned stages will also be backed by Alan Fitzpatrick, Andrea Oliva, Bas Ibellini, Tim Green, and Mark Fanciulli, making the all-dayer a must-see entry into the year ahead. Only an hour’s train journey from London Victoria station and fully covered come rain or shine, The Winter Social looks set to confirm its position as an opening highlight of the season in music once again.

My Favorite Robot at Miami Music Week 2014 | Sin Cos Tan – ‘Destroyer’ EP Out on MFR Records Marc

Following a whirlwind start to 2014 with the debut of their live show at The BPM Festival, the Canadian trio, My Favorite Robot (composed of Jared Simms, James Teej, and Voytek Korab), is descending upon Winter Music Conference aka Miami Music Week with a stacked gig schedule throughout the week. Their eponymous label has gone from strength to strength and next on deck is Sin Cos Tan’s ‘Destroyer’ EP out March 10 featuring a MFR remix, as well as one from Aiden Lavelle, to complete the package. ‘Destroyer’ is yet another seriously synth driven package from My Favorite Robot Records that confirms them as one of the artiest electronic labels out there.

My Favorite Robot Records makes its highly anticpated return to Treehouse for this year’s annual music conference along with Items & Things and Get Physical to bring together an eclectic collection of artists to satisfy the palate on Saturday, March 29. The Items & Things vs. MFR Records Room will see the trio alongside Marc Houle (live), Troy Pierce, and Timo Maas. Fans will have a chance to preview Maas’ forthcoming Crossing Wires 002 compilation including exclusive material from Martin Buttrich, Ricardo Villalobos, Agoria and more coming to MFR Records this summer 2014. On the flipside, the Get Physical Room features M.A.N.D.Y. (Philipp Jung), Radio Slave, Andhim and Tim Green (live).

Set sail with My Favorite Robot on the annual Bohemian Yacht Club’s WMC Sunset Cruise on Friday, March 28 for a dance music soiree on board the Musette Luxury Yacht. The group will deliver a set riddled with kinetic bits of tech funk in conjunction with underground heavyweights Mano Le Tough, DJ Tennis, Catz N Dogz, and Brian Johnson.

My Favorite Robot will also be supporting the Blu Music Showcase in celebration of its 5 Year Anniversary on Tuesday, March 25 at The Clevelander Pool & Patio featuring Sydney Blu, Riva Starr, Stacey Pullen, Kevin Saunderson, Carlo Lio, Uner Technasia, Nathan Barato, The Scumfrog, Renato Ratier, Justin Sheppard, Cocodrills, Ramon Tapia, Riotgear, ENDO, Armand Pena, Tara Brooks, Stripclub Junkies, RJ Pickens and Adrian Villaverde.
