MAKJ, Andrew W.K. & Timmy Trumpet Release ‘Party Til We Die’

California-based DJ and producer MAKJ closes out the summer with new single “Party Til We Die” featuring Andrew W.K. and Timmy Trumpet out now on Spinnin’ Records. “Party Til We Die” marks the first time party rocker and Internet celebrity Andrew W.K. has leant his vocals to a track in over 5 years. Featuring a booming bassline alongside cutting synths and whip-cracking claps, the song is the perfect party anthem to start the school year off right or to accompany a scene from a future sequel to Project X.

Discovering a passion for mixing and DJing by the age of 15, MAKJ has earned the title as an acclaimed producer, continuously exposing creativity and diversity throughout his music. At 17, he was able to hone and perfect his craft under the tutelage of legendary turntablist DJ AM. His originals such as his collaboration with Lil Jon have landed him multiple iTunes Dance Top 10s and a spot two years in a row on the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs List. MAKJ’s prominence has led him to new heights, performing at festivals such as Coachella, EDC, TomorrowLand and Ultra. Having hosted his acclaimed weekly Revolution Radio show on SiriusXM Radio for 3 years now and at only 26 years of age, Mackenzie Johnson has achieved an almost unfathomable amount of success. His dedication to his craft and ambition will continue to propel him into the dance music spotlight. After releasing a collaborative track with famed party rocker and Internet personality Andrew W.K., MAKJ has been hard at work on his debut album, which is set to release soon.

Tritonal & Cuebrick unleash the ‘Iceland (Viking Clap)’

Played this weekend at Tomorrowland by; Armin van Buuren, W&W, Jochen Miller, Timmy Trumpet & many more…
Having taken the recent Euro 2016 Soccer Tournament by storm, Iceland’s thunderous, crowd-rousing ‘viking clap’ has gone on to encapsulate stadiums and social feeds the world over. Seeing its potential within an until now unfamiliar setting, Tritonal & Cuebrick took inspiration from the Viking nation’s battlecry and sprinked in their own brand of galvanising festival euphoria to pull off one of the Summer’s most memorable main stage tracks.

Notable for its slowly building, sub-heavy tribal hits before dropping into a full-on Tritonal & Cuebrick crowd favourite, ‘Iceland (Viking Clap)’ is a novel entry into Enhanced’s catalogue sure to envelop festivals and clubs with thousands of honorary Icelanders – put your hands together for the ‘Iceland (Viking Clap)’

Carnage unveils debut Papi Gordo album out now via Ultra Music

Carnage continues to lead the electronic music scene with genre-defying productions through his debut, hip hop-centric album Papi Gordo.

The 15-track LP out today on Ultra Music sees the raucous beatmaker reach into his wheelhouse to create rap-laden compositions swathed in trapped out beats and distorted synths.

Featuring a variety of hip-hop superstars such as Rick Ross (on his first-ever electronic music collaboration), Migos, ASAP Ferg, OG Maco, iLoveMakonnen and TY Dolla $ign as well as production contributors Tomas Barfod, Timmy Trumpet, Milo & Otis, AraabMuzik and KSHMR, Papi Gordo showcases Carnage’s prowess concocting his trademark sound of rap-fueled electronic music.

Carnage dropped the first single from the Papi Gordo album – turn-up anthem “Bricks” featuring Atlanta-based trio Migos – last summer and has been on a tear through the hip hop world since. This year the audacious producer has released his party-starting collaboration with iLoveMakonnen “I Like Tuh” and the bass-fueled “WDYW” featuring A$AP Ferg, Lil Uzi Vert, and Rich The Kid. Carnage also graced dance fans this summer with his Melbourne bounce-tinged electro thumper “Toca” alongside trumpeter/DJ Timmy Trumpet and rising star producer KSHMR.

Stay tuned for upcoming announcements about the Papi Gordo world tour.
